Hair Follicle Pimple Rash

I have had this rash since January of 2012 (over a year now) and it has not gone away. More rashes have appeared after the initial outbreak. I have tried everything under the sun and nothing has cleared it up. This rash started on the left side of my lower stomach area, in the shape of a circle and then it moved on the side of my breast then under my breast. It's not filled with any fluid but where the hair follicle would be or come out there is what looks like a white firm pimple like growth (I guess if I have to give it a name, puss - but it's not).
