Red Bumps Rash on Forearm

I was driving back home the other day and when I arrived at home, I noticed my forearm had a skin rash in the form of red bumps on it. I have attached a picture of the red bumps on my forearm to better show readers what this skin rash looks like.

Then, yesterday, I noticed I had the same thing on my shoulder but the skin bumps are not raised they do not itch. Does anyone have any idea as to what this skin rash is and how to treat it?

Poison Ivy?

That looks exactly like Poison Ivy. If you had been outside at all previously to getting it, within a day or two, then I would wager it's a reaction to poison ivy. You do not have to physically come in contact with the plant, you could have brushed the clothing of someone who was in contact with it, or even passed through an area where someone had burned it. Not everyone is actually allergic to poison ivy, so that could be why it is not itching. Neosporin makes a great anti-itch cream for Poison Ivy, and calamine lotion can help dry it up.
